4. Match My Offer Promotion will be considered from any luxury Las Vegas Strip Properties only. Offers from online games, such as myvegas, will not be honored. The Cosmopolitan reserves all rights to modify the properties which are applicable.

6. Categories that may be considered for matching include Complimentary Room Nights, Food & Beverage credit, and/or Free Slot Play. Match My Offer will not be considered for any type of Promotional Chips or free Table Play. Event offers may be considered for Match My Offer for comparable events, as determined by the Cosmopolitan.
7. Room nights may include resort fee and a credit card will be required upon booking. When checking in your credit card will be authorized for $150 per night for incidentals and will be released upon checkout. Any Promotional Food & Beverage credit may be used at any of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas venues and must be charged back to the room for the credit to be used. Free Slot Play will be valid for seven days from issuance during trip and must be redeemed at Identity Membership & Rewards during business hours. Free Slot Play matches will be capped at a maximum of $1,000. A minimum amount of Casino Play may be required before the total Free Slot Play component is awarded in its entirety.
8. Participants are responsible for all gratuities, taxes, and all other incidentals.
9. Blackout dates may apply. One redemption per household.
10. When submitting, Participant must send a photo of their current mail or e-mail offer to MatchMyOffer@cosmopolitanlasvegas.com along with the future dates they are requesting to stay. A picture of their Players Card from the Las Vegas Strip property should be included when possible. If offers cannot be clearly read, management reserves the right to request more information from Participant. Photos of offer from computer screens and forwarding offer emails directly may also be accepted.
11. Participant will receive a response within 3-5 business days from the Match My Offer e-mail address on the specifics that will be matched of the Las Vegas Strip Property offer.
12. Tampering or altering offers is prohibited and could result in exclusion from all future offers from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
13. Additional complimentaries outside of the Match My Offer being matched will be based on casino play and reviewed at the end of the Participant’s stay. Please see Identity Membership & Rewards or designated Casino Host desk for evaluation.
14. Any Match My Offers extended to Participants may be based on individual factors and may not be used as precedent.
15. The Cosmopolitan reserves all rights regarding all Match My Offers, similar and/or comparable offers may be used by The Cosmopolitan.

17. All actions of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas including but not limited to partial match offers, the decline of match offers, and requesting additional information are within the sole and absolute discretion of The Cosmopolitan.

Table game players may get one printed by the pit boss. The Cosmopolitanlasvegas.com website has a form where players may create an account. All Identity members must be at least 21 years of age with a valid photo ID.

How to Use the Cosmopolitan Identity Card

Identity members that spend money on services like hotel, dining, shopping and services at Cosmopolitan should hand the cashier their card with every purchase. Five Identity Points are earned for every $1 spent.

Slot and video poker players should slide the Identity card into their favorite machine. There is a slot for this above the main screen. Players will know that the card has been accepted when it welcomes them to the machine by name.

Hotel, restaurant, spa and store customers should give the Identity card to the cashier to swipe. Table game players should give the card to the dealer or pit boss. The sportsbook is not owned by Cosmopolitan so there is no need to give the ticket writer a card.

Cosmopolitan Identity Marriott Status Match

Slot players receive one Identity Point for every $2.50 wagered. Sterling and Gold players earn double slot points. Platinum players receive triple slot points. Video poker players receive one Identity Point for every $6 wagered. Point multipliers are not awarded on video poker.

Players may convert 100 Identity Points into $1 in free play or resort credit. This makes the slot return 0.4% for slots for Silver players, 0.8% for Sterling and Gold and 1.2% for Platinum. Video poker players receive 0.17%.

Table game players do not receive Identity Points. Comps are still offered. This depends on the bet size, the game’s house edge and the length of action at the tables.

Does Cosmopolitan Status Match

Players that create an Identity account and give action will receive offers. These include free slot play, resort credits and hotel rooms. Sterling and Gold players receive double slot points. Platinum players receive triple points.

How to Redeem Free Slot Play

Every slot and video poker machine has a screen that activates when a player inserts the Identity card. There is an option to redeem points. A player must enter the PIN associated with the Identity card to get to this screen. The player can then determine the number of points that he would like to transfer to the machines. Players may convert 600 Identity Points into $1.

Silver Slot players receive 0.4% in free play or comps. Sterling and Gold players receive 0.8%. Platinum players receive 1.2%. All video poker players earn at a rate of 0.17%. Table game players do not earn Identity Points. Comps are earned based on the level of betting, game played, speed of action and length of time at the table.
